Warranty Policy
Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with the electric scooters you have purchased.
According to our warranty agreement, all new electric scooters come with a limited warranty. The battery and joystick are covered for six months, while other spare parts are under warranty for one year. Sonix commits to repairing or replacing any material or workmanship defects free of charge during the warranty period, excluding shipping, transportation, packaging, return postage fees, and insurance costs, which will be borne by the customer.
The limited warranty does not cover:
- Labor or scooter faults resulting from user misuse or negligence.
- Components and parts subject to periodic replacement due to normal wear and tear.
All warranty claims require proof of purchase and the serial number.
Please note the following situations not covered by the warranty:
- Functional issues, surface coating and fading of resins due to normal use and aging.
- Replacement of consumable materials due to wear and tear, such as tires, fuses, plastic parts, glass components, lubricants, etc.
- Inspection, adjustments, oil additions, cleaning, or other maintenance fees charged by unauthorized service centers.
- Maintenance expenses incurred at unauthorized service centers.
- Maintenance costs arising from failure to regularly check issues specified in the user manual or neglecting such checks.
- Incorrect or proper maintenance of the scooter.
- Unauthorized maintenance performed on the scooter.
- Failure to use the scooter as specified in our user manual or overloading the scooter.
- Unauthorized modifications to the scooter.
- External factors, such as corrosion, medications, bird droppings, acid rain, flying stones, metal dust, etc.
- Natural disasters like typhoons, floods, fires, earthquakes, etc., that could damage the product.
Please assist us in protecting the environment by not disposing of this scooter or its components and batteries in waste. Instead, return them to our service center or comply with your local waste regulations.
